Mia Forseter, Sports Editor
With much of her life revolving around playing sports, Mia is excited to take on her role as Sports Editor for the Lion’s Tale this year. She looks forward to designing spreads and continuing to provide a great sports section for readers. Outside of Lion’s Tale, Mia plays for the Varsity Softball and Cross Country teams. Mia enjoys volunteering at the National Youth Baseball Academy during the summer. She is also very involved in debate, and is a media center fellow. She can’t wait to work with her co editors to produce an amazing sports section and overall newspaper.
![AIMING HIGH With six points in the game against the Washington Waldorf school, senior Ari Blumenthal was one of eight seniors who played a large role in helping the Lions secure a 48-26 victory Monday evening. As one of their last home games of the season, the seniors celebrated their senior night with a win. “[It’s] so nice to have a community within the community, including through COVID, because they did play mostly through COVID, which was really amazing,” Jenn Blumenthal, the mother of Ari Blumenthal said. “Hes been through two different coaches with very different styles, which is really interesting to watch.
