I am so excited to continue my work as a reporter on Lion’s Tale. I love writing articles and the freedom of the press. In addition to Lion’s Tale, I am co-president of the mega-successful Current Events Club and treasurer of Vocab Club. I can’t wait to write great articles this year.

Varsity boys soccer win thrilling quarterfinals match, but lose in semis

Senior and captain Todd Lazoff shoots the teams only free-kick opportunity all game. Lazoff played relentlessly on both sides of the field without taking a break. “After playing for 80 minutes and having so many close chances to score, losing really wasn’t an option for me or the team,” Lazoff said.

Senior Gaby Goldberg makes a difficult push upfield against three defenders. After Topolosky’s injury, Senior Ari Werbin suffered a dislocated shoulder, forcing normal defenders such as Goldberg to adapt to offensive positions.
