Fellow Ghaith al-Omari (left), who worked with the Palestinian government in negotiations, and Ziegler Distinguished Fellow David Makovsky (right), who has advised the American and Israeli governments on negotiations, spoke about how best to proceed with the peace process and also about creating constructive dialogue.
