Instead of groaning when I’m told to walk my dog for the umpteenth time, I’m excited to have an excuse to pop in my AirPods and listen to a favorite podcast. Violette can take her time sniffing every patch of grass; I’m getting the chance to have a laugh or learn something new.

Whether you are walking the dog, going to sleep, on an airplane or de-stressing, podcasts are the perfect thing to listen to for entertainment, education and brain distraction.

All fans of “The Office” will love this rewatch podcast hosted by Jenna Fischer and Angela Kinsey, who played the characters of Pam Beesly and Angela Martin on the show. Each episode takes the listener through an episode of “The Office” with a mix of behind-the-scenes moments, input from the crew members and the show’s development. This relaxing and lighthearted podcast is great to listen to as some joyful background noise and does not require a lot of focus.
