Despite breakfast being a crucial part of the ideal routine, I rarely have the time to eat in the morning. There isn’t much time from when I wake up to when I walk out the door, and most of the time, I am not even hungry in the morning.

It is such a significant meal of the day because humans need the food in their bodies as early as possible to function normally and have enough energy for the day. If a person goes 13 or more hours without food, their body won’t be able to sustain itself for very long.
When people don’t eat breakfast, it affects mental and physical health during the day drastically. The lack of much-needed food leads to feeling sluggish, unable to focus throughout the day or a higher risk of a bad mood and headaches. Skipping breakfast also increases the risk of getting heart disease and Type 2 Diabetes.

These foods are beneficial to eat, as they lead to an improved mood and fewer headaches throughout the day.
Their are many positives to eating breakfast like obtaining vitamins that are very healthy for your body. According to the Washington State Department of Health, eating breakfast helps build a healthier body by kickstarting metabolism and increasing vitamin and mineral intake. People are more likely to be physically active if they have eaten breakfast, leading to boosted physical health.
Experts have many ideas of how to quickly fit breakfast into daily routines. Some ideas suggested are: preparing a meal the night before, having a snack to eat during the day or just quickly taking some fruit or vegetables from the fridge.
Some good breakfast ideas that The Better Health Channel suggests are whole grain cereal, with milk and fresh-cut fruit, rolled oats and raw nuts. They also suggest preparing a smoothie with vegetables the night before.
Recently I have tried eating breakfast in the morning. It has improved my day so much, especially during morning classes. When I didn’t eat breakfast, I felt like I was dozing off at the beginning of the day. Eating breakfast in the morning improves and better prepares students for the school day. It is important to have a healthy and nutritious meal in the morning; it tastes good and provides energy.
