Temperatures throughout the building

Aliza Rabinovitz, Editor-in-Chief

It’s common to hear cries of “it’s so cold in here” throughout the halls and classrooms of CESJDS. To determine how temperature fluctuated throughout the building and from time to time, The Lion’s Tale measured on five locations in the school over the course of two days.

The measurements showed that although certain rooms may seem colder than others, all typically lie in a four-degree range of each other. Cooler environments were not specific to a classroom or area of the school, meaning it is best to bring a sweatshirt to all classes if one gets cold easily. In addition, the thermostats in each room were found to all be fairly accurate, though they had small discrepancies.

All temperatures found in the study results below are listed in Fahrenheit.
